Shipping
Shipping takes 3-7 business days. These are delivery aims and are not guaranteed. Castle Brand Clothing is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items once they leave our warehouse. We currently only ship within the UK.
Returns and Refunds
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via customerservices@castlebrandclothing.com if the item/s are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so that we can look into this further. If you would like to return an item for a refund, you must first email customerservices@castlebrandclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide a return address. We do not cover the customers returns delivery cost, and it is your duty to ensure that the item is returned in the original condition, unworn or damaged in any way. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt. After we receive your item, we will inspect the returned products and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is worn or damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
